Position Responsibilities Include...
… the management of all client inquiries, needs, and concerns. 

In addition to communicating with clients to address their needs, you will have to monitor multiple accounts and follow up with them to ensure timely results meet and exceed their expectations. On the other hand, as the main point of contact between our clients and team, you are expected to work with our internal members to manage issues, progress, and other pertinent information. 
Completing these tasks may include generating reports, maintaining accurate records, developing strategic plans, identifying up/cross-selling opportunities and then effectively communicating these findings with clients.      
 

Preferred Skills:
  • Three to five years experience as an account manager
  • Positive, approachable, and confident customer service attitude
  • Quick to learn new administrative software and programs 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven competence with regards to organization, reporting, and attention to detail
  • Some experience in sales, negotiation, and problem-solving 
  • Some Shopify experience preferred 
  • Self-starter with the motivation to confidently own responsibilities in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with online marketing CRM, such as HubSpot
  • Understanding of current and forward-thinking eCommerce trends, platforms, and strategies
  • Basic knowledge of web and app development terms and practices
